Concession Sales Officer

The Concession Sales Officer (CSO) is responsible for driving sales and achieving targets within assigned concession areas (mall outlets, department stores, or partner retail spaces). The role ensures excellent customer service, proper product display, inventory management, and coordination with store management to maximize brand visibility and sales performance. Key Responsibilities Sales and Customer Service Actively promote and sell company products within the concession area Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions Merchandising and Display Ensure that products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing concession space aligned with company standards Inventory and Reporting Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking Conduct regular inventory checks and submit sales and stock reports as required Ensure accurate handling of cash, receipts, and sales transactions Coordination and Compliance Build and maintain good working relationships with host store personnel and management Ensure compliance with store policies, company guidelines, and promotional requirements Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches within the concession area. At least High School Graduate / Senior High School Graduate. With experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not required). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules. #J-18808-Ljbffr
