Total Rewards Manager

Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits Strategy Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. Conduct market research and salary benchmarking. Develop and maintain compensation structures and pay equity analysis. Manage annual compensation reviews and merit increase processes. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with federal and local compensation regulations (e.g., ERISA, FLSA, COBRA). Maintain documentation and audit processes for compensation and benefits programs. Vendor & Budget Management Manage relationships with benefits vendors and consultants. Oversee total rewards budget and cost optimization strategies. Employee Engagement & Communication Lead employee recognition and wellness initiatives. Develop communication strategies to promote understanding of total rewards offerings. Partner with HR and leadership to align rewards with talent strategy. Data & Analytics Analyze total rewards metrics and report on program effectiveness. Use HRIS and analytics tools to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management. Professional certifications such as CCP, SHRM-SCP, or CEBS are preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools. Preferred Skills: Deep understanding of compensation and benefits regulations. Experience with global or multi-country rewards programs. Ability to influence and collaborate across departments.
