Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling our CFO services. Strategic support includes:
  • Capital calls and distributions
  • Audit/tax support
  • Pre/post close services
  • Quarterly and annual financial reporting
  • Limited Partner communications

Enhance transparency for founders, VCs, and LPs, helping clients make informed decisions by utilizing our tools and resources such as:

  • Real-time IRR
  • Additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)
Requirements

Job Requirements and Credentials:

  • 0-1 year of professional accounting experience
  • 0-1 year of closed-end fund accounting experience
  • Experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with good judgment on when to decide or escalate issues
  • Interest in providing excellent service
  • Effective communication skills to keep stakeholders informed and the ability to multitask to meet deadlines
  • Understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, and Fund Administration
  • Crypto fund experience is advantageous
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
  • Motivated to work on fast-paced projects within a supportive team environment
