Job Description Lead and develop a high performing finance function, ensuring strong engagement and results within the team. Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business goals. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimise business performance. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies. Provide financial insights and recommendations to the internal stakeholders in the Philippines & globally for informed decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Director should have: Academic degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business 10-15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a senior finance role Experience in emerging markets Background in FMCG is preferred, ideally in companies with large general trade organisations Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of local legislation and treasury management Exposure to multiple functions including manufacturing, supply & commercial What's on Offer Highly competitive overall compensation & benefits structure, with STI & LTI ensuring short & long term financial growth / stability.
