Location: Remote (Philippines-based)

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Corporate Recruiter, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of leading IT, BPO, and shared services firms. Starting September 2025, you will drive end-to-end recruitment processes remotely, leveraging your sourcing and technical hiring expertise to ensure optimal client and candidate experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the full recruitment cycle for assigned clients, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source and endorse top candidates using diverse channels while maximizing cost-efficiency per hire.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to drive candidate endorsement and fulfillment of hiring targets.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and administer communication, technical, and other relevant assessments.
  • Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate data and statuses are current.
  • Verify candidate compliance with pre-employment requirements and assist in their onboarding process.
  • Achieve a minimum of 3 quality hires per month contributing to a total bill rate target of 240,000 PHP monthly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on IT and A&F positions in IT, BPO, or shared services environments
  • Proven expertise in sourcing and technical hiring methodologies
  • Strong interviewing and probing skills, including application of the STAR Interview Response Technique
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficiency with ATS or similar recruitment management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Computer Science, IT, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Social Studies, or equivalent
  • Available to start on or before September 30, 2025
  • Must be a Filipino residing anywhere in the Philippines
