What You'll Do
  • Build rapport with clients and identify solutions that meet their needs
  • Guide clients through mortgage processes, verifying documents and answering inquiries
  • Provide expert advice on home buying or refinancing with exceptional service

Who We're Looking For

College Level / Undergraduates / Graduates

1–2 years BPO experience in billing or financial accounts

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic computer navigation skills

Experience in billing and collections
