This role is expected to provide guidance to the Accounts Payable team to ensure accurate and timely processing of AP and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Supervises the AP Team and leads the team in Invoice Processing, AP Helpdesk, PO Admin and Supplier Master Admin roles to ensure timely payments and issue resolution. Addresses vendor inquiries promptly and maintains high client satisfaction. Provides strategic support for operational efficiencies and contributes to decision-making and execution. Prepares and reviews AP reports for accuracy and timeliness. Collaborates with process stakeholders to ensure productive and efficient workflows. Ensures strict adherence to all accounts payable requirements, audit-readiness and accounting standards compliance. Proactively seeks improvements in line with strategy and objectives, especially supporting system changes and enhancements, ensuring documentation, training and communication. Sets performance goals for the accounts payable team and provides regular feedback to enhance performance and alignment with client expectations. Coaches and supports the team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Qualifications At least 5 years of financial and/or accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role across global entities (APAC, EMEA, US). Proficiency in Word, Excel and presentation software. Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and business partners. Strong analytical ability to ensure quality and production standards are met. Advanced customer service skills, professional attitude and appearance. Creative thinking and performance-minded. Strong team orientation. Ability to motivate, coach, and direct others. Hybrid-set-up requirement: Amenable to a hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH) in Taguig/Ortigas on a night shift schedule.
