Let’s make it happen What You'll Do Lead and oversee the Accounts Payables Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Manage and coordinate the Accounts Payable processes for Emma entities, including balance sheet management. Mentor and lead a team of accountants, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement Streamline accounting (AP) processes and systems, optimizing the use of our ERP. Enable the increase in effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of accounting business processes through optimization and standardization of the process landscape and its system-side support. Develop, implement, and enhance internal financial controls and accounting policies. Evaluate, implement, and improve highly efficient accounting processes in coordination and alignment with respective internal stakeholders. Be a proactive member of our entrepreneurial culture by sharing your financial leadership and problem‑solving skills. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Accounting with at least 2 years of leadership role. Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of developing teams. A strategic mindset with strong analytical, critical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central / MS Finance & Operations, with SAP skills being a bonus. Experience in Accounts Payable is a plus. A sound knowledge base of IFRS is welcome.Excellent in English communication skills, both written and verbal since you will be interacting with cross‑functional teams. A team player with a "can-do" attitude, embracing our "one team, one dream" philosophy.
