We’re seeking project-based Visual Content Creators to support our local operations team in building Digital Playbooks for the LocalFood and Transportation industry . This role is ideal for Canva specialists skilled in graphic and video creation , including the use of AI tools for recording or voiceovers . Key Responsibilities Transform SOPs into Digital Playbooks: Turn written processes and workflows into engaging, interactive visuals using Canva. Ensure Brand Consistency: Apply TEXTS’ branding, layouts, and design standards across all materials. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Operations and Tech teams to confirm accuracy and completeness of content. Design for Interactivity: Develop playbooks that are easy to navigate and consistent across user, merchant, and driver experiences. Deliver Quality at Scale: Achieve daily targets while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail. Skills & Qualifications Canva Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Canva’s presentation and video tools. Process Understanding: Ability to interpret and organize SOPs into clear, visual steps. Design Precision: Strong sense of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Attention to Detail: Consistently precise, thorough, and aligned with brand templates. Self-Management: Capable of working independently and meeting project deadlines.
