Operational Setting and Reporting Relationship The Operations Coordination Specialist is assigned to the Office of the Director General (OPSD) within the Private Sector Operations Department (PSOD) and will be based at our Headquarters in Manila, Philippines. The position reports to the Senior Management Team (SMT) of PSOD and oversees junior team members. Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop business strategies, provide guidance to SMT, lead implementation of plans, conduct comprehensive market analysis. Decision Support: Review documents, conduct analysis, provide data-driven recommendations. Operations Management: Work with data team on performance metrics, support change management projects, guide administrative teams on workflows. Organizational Culture Support: Provide support and feedback, foster inclusive work environment. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, maintain relationships with clients and partners. Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Develop relationships with partners, represent PSOD at events, oversee communications strategy, provide communications advice. Qualifications University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields; preferably at postgraduate level. At least six (6) years of relevant professional experience. International experience working in several countries. Excellent communication and presentation skills. International experience working in several developing countries.
