C.A.R.E. values : nourish Creativity embody Agility manifest Reliability pursue Evolution The Role The Partner Engagement Manager builds and nurtures strong relationships with the company’s technology partners — including principals, resellers, and distributors — to drive collaboration, strengthen loyalty, and increase partner‑led revenue. This role ensures Stratpoint remains the partner of choice for IT services through effective engagement, program management, and business growth initiatives. Manage partner programs, certifications, and co‑marketing initiatives. Qualify and track partner‑led opportunities, ensuring alignment with sales and delivery teams. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, BU Heads, Technical Leads) to support deal progress and partner satisfaction. Identify and execute growth strategies to elevate Stratpoint’s partner tier levels and strengthen brand presence. Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Prepare reports and presentations on partner performance, deal status, and opportunities. About You Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or IT‑related field. 5+ years’ experience in partner or channel management, ideally within IT or software services (AWS experience preferred). Strong background in B2B relationship management and partner development. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Analytical, organized, and results‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple partnerships. Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
