Key Responsibilities End-to-end bookkeeping and financial processing Processing supplier invoices and data entry of bank payments Reconciling corporate credit card transactions Assisting with preparation of statutory financial reports Supporting half-year review and year-end audit processes Supporting quarterly financial reporting Managing local compliance requirements (BAS preparation, VAT returns, withholding tax lodgements, etc.) across AU, UK & Timor-Leste Preparing ad hoc costing reports for operations team members Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general accounting or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processing Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with accounting systems (knowledge of Classic in oil & gas/mining is advantageous but not essential) Experience working in an ASX-listed company is an advantage. Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
