The E-Commerce Director will lead the overall strategy, direction, and execution of Titan's digital function, ensuring business growth and an enhanced user experience across Titan22.com and the Titan Mobile App. This role is responsible for defining key priorities in digital marketing, SEO optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, and retention, while continuously driving innovation. They will oversee content strategy, platform development, internal systems, and major projects, ensuring seamless integration between digital and brick-and-mortar channels. Data-driven decision-making is essential, with a strong emphasis on consumer insights, analytics, and financial forecasting to optimize performance and maximize revenue.

The E-Commerce Director will collaborate closely with leadership and key stakeholders, aligning digital strategies with broader business objectives. Additionally, they will build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a research-driven culture and staying ahead of industry trends to maintain Titan's competitive edge.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Management or any related field
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in E-Commerce or Digital Marketing
  • Strong leadership experience handling internal teams and external partners
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive sales and digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM and online marketing strategies
  • Knowledge on e-commerce operational requirements such as supply chain logistics, payment gateways and customer experience management, UI/UX and website development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Set strategic plans both short term and long term (1-3 years) specific to the Digital Department that will help the company achieve its Sales and Financial targets.
  2. In charge of the overall management, direction and strategic development of Titan's Digital function.
  3. Defines key strategic priorities and other measures to drive brand and business success of Titan's digital landscape focused on but not limited to target achievement, enhanced user experience on titan22.com, digital marketing, SEO optimization, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and continued innovation.
  4. Provides vision and frameworks for digital content, platform iterations, internal systems and processes, and major projects.
  5. Leads a user-centered research culture within the team and regularly review analytics and KPIs.
  6. Utilizes consumer insight in creating sustainable, consumer-driven initiatives, campaigns and services.
  7. Oversees all projects and ensures that timelines and needs are met.
  8. Creates forecasts and departmental budgets for the year.
  9. Monitors and has a good grasp of the business' financial state.
  10. Organizes and presents critical information to key stakeholders.
  11. Constantly updated with trends and news on technology, e-commerce, a-commerce and other industry-related information.
  12. Continuously develop efficiency and maximize the potential and capabilities to provide the highest level of consumer experience across all digital platforms (Titan22.com and Titan Mobile App).
  13. Create seamless and consistent campaign initiatives and product strategies between the brick and mortar and digital channels.
  14. Has deep understanding of and advanced knowledge in utilized web development programs, software and applications to effectively oversee operations.
  15. Collaborates with the Senior Director for Innovation in seeking new and better ways of integrating the digital platform to Titan's physical store locations.
  16. Collaborates with leadership team on specific business and organizational initiatives.
  17. Ensures that consumer-right assortments are available on TITAN online.
  18. Interview, select, mentor and evaluate direct reports effectively.
  19. All other tasks that may be assigned to you based on your role.
