Job Description

Customer Care is responsible for providing excellent support to clients by handling inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications (general)
  • Must be at least a college graduate (where specified).
  • 1–2 years experience (where specified).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and other office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to work Monday–Saturday and/or shifting schedules as required.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site environment as noted.
Responsibilities
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and engaging in online chats (e.g., Facebook, website).
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries and issues.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions where noted.
  • Providing proactive outreach, resolving issues, and managing complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Staying updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information.
  • Escalating complex issues as appropriate and tracking outcomes.
