We’re seeking a motivated Call Center Manager/Team Leader to lead and support our customer service team at Best Reliable Resources Inc., located in BGC Taguig City. You'll ensure excellent service delivery, manage team performance, and drive operational success through coaching, reporting, and process improvement. What You’ll Be Doing Supervise the daily operations of the call center team Set performance goals and monitor team KPIs Train, coach, and motivate agents to deliver excellent service Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts Analyze call center data and prepare performance reports Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a team leader or manager in a call center Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and meet targets Excellent organizational and reporting abilities Experience with CRM systems and call center software is a plus What We’re Offering Competitive salary and performance bonuses Career growth and leadership development opportunities Supportive and dynamic team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
