Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to support data mapping and integration efforts within the banking domain. This role will focus on end-to-end data sourcing, mapping, and transformation processes, particularly in the context of large-scale implementation projects. While Capital and Liquidity Reporting experience is a strong plus, a banking background is mandatory .

Successful candidates will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills , the ability to work independently in complex environments, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute data mapping and sourcing activities across core banking processes.
  • Support data integration initiatives, working closely with Data Architects, Data Quality teams, and technical developers.
  • Analyze and document current and future state data flows for reporting processes.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of data used in regulatory reporting , particularly Capital and Liquidity (nice to have).
  • Participate in the full project lifecycle across at least two implementation projects , from requirements gathering through execution and validation.
  • Work independently to identify data issues, propose solutions, and communicate impacts clearly to business stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis roles (for mid-level), 8+ years for senior roles .
  • Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry (mandatory).
  • Strong expertise in data mapping, data lineage, and data integration within complex environments.
  • Familiarity with banking processes , products, and systems (e.g., deposits, lending, treasury).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision .
