Job Description

Take ownership of an exciting greenfield SEO opportunity where you’ll have the autonomy to build and execute a comprehensive search strategy from the ground up. This role offers a unique blend of strategic thinking and hands-on implementation, perfect for a seasoned SEO specialist who thrives on seeing direct results of their work. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape the company’s digital presence while having the flexibility of remote work and part-time hours. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic growth
  • Lead technical SEO initiatives including site optimization, metadata management, and performance improvements
  • Conduct regular site audits and develop action plans for continuous improvement
  • Execute strategic keyword research and content optimization
  • Develop and manage link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority
  • Create data-driven reports showcasing SEO performance and ROI
  • Collaborate with leadership to align SEO strategy with business objectives

  • Monitor industry trends and implement emerging SEO best practices

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of demonstrated success in SEO strategy and implementation
  • Proven track record of improving search rankings and organic traffic
  • Strong technical SEO skills with experience in website optimization
  • Excellent analytical abilities and experience with SEO tools and metrics
  • Outstanding communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated with strong project management capabilities
  • Experience working independently and managing priorities effectively
  • Ability to work remotely and integrate with existing business systems
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results in a professional services environment
  • Comfortable working directly with business leadership
