FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively looking for an SEO specialist to oversee every marketing and search engine optimization endeavor. This role involves examining, implementing, and tracking modifications to websites to make them more search engine friendly, thereby increasing a site’s page rank and attracting more visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research in accordance with the client’s business goals to improve current content and find new opportunities.
  • Analyze competition websites and search engine results to learn more about organic traffic.
  • Conduct research and implement recommended content strategies.
  • Execute tests, collect, and analyze data.
  • Using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and similar tools, track events, analyze website analytics, and monitor data.
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Assist the content team in producing helpful, high-quality SEO content.
  • Create compelling calls-to-action and meta descriptions to boost click-through rates and convert visitors.
  • Develop and implement a link-building strategy.
  • Monitor search engine algorithms to stay informed about changes.
  • Keep up with developments in the internet marketing, SEO, and search engine algorithm industries.

Job Qualifications:

  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of directly related Search Engine Optimization experience.
  • In-depth experience with website analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, AdWords, Search Console, etc.).
  • Digital Marketing Certification (e.g., Google/HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
  • A deep understanding of how to rank websites.
  • Experience with content writing, building backlinks, and optimizing web pages.
  • Knowledge of basic programming languages and CMS (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, WordPress, etc.).
  • High-quality reporting, copywriting, and analytic skills.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
