Duties and Responsibilities Assists in planning, organizing and directing all activities required for full implementation of project goals and objective Ensures timely preparation of information and other written documents, materials as required for implementation of project activities Ensures and maintains effective and on-going communication with individuals and groups involved directly or indirectly in the project Performs day-to-day coordination of activities with the project team members Ensures tasks completion per planned targets dates Ensures that the RAID (Risk, Actions, Issues and Decisions) logs are constantly updated Prepares monthly/weekly reports based on project status Ascertains that change request log is constantly updated and discussed with the Department Head and other stakeholders to properly manage exceptions against approved project scope, timeline and budget. Participates in the creation, maintenance, testing, and execution of the Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery plan Performs other related functions as directed by superior Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course With a minimum of 1 year related experience in IT project coordination or administration Formal training in project management or similar courses Project Management experience is preferred but not required Understands IT internal processes, policies and procedures Able to analyze, prioritize and solve problem in a service drive organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
