We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Operations Manager. This role is crucial to ensuring a smooth, efficient, and customer-friendly experience for our walk-in applicants and driver-partners. Responsibilities: Oversee the verification and processing of driver-partner applicants. Supervise cashiering operations and gear sales transactions. Ensure accurate inventory tracking and cash handling. Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity. Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from customers, continuously improving our operational processes. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions. Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Development, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross-functional initiatives. Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback. Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries. Strong background in customer-facing operations and cash handling Comfortable managing both administrative and frontline staff. Knowledge of basic reporting tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel). Willing to work onsite in Cagayan De Oro, with a 6-day workweek.
