About Our Client The client is a prominent and influential company in the oil and gas sector that has decided to establish its Shared Service Center in the Philippines to support its regional operations. Job Description Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks). Organize and manage data pipeline outputs with Azure Data Lake Storage and Azure Blob Storage. Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and architects to deliver data solutions. Optimize data pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability. Ensure data quality and integrity through validation techniques. Document data processes, configurations, and best practices. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data pipeline issues. Manage the CI/CD process for data solutions deployment. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of experience in data engineering or similar roles, with strong experience in ETL processes. Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Blob Storage, and Data Lake. Proficient in SQL (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL) for efficient querying. Strong knowledge of software engineering principles (CI/CD, version control, testing). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark) and Python (preferred). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
