Duties And Responsibilities- Maintain personnel records (201 files).
- Update and maintain employee databases and Trackers to ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee records from deployment, regularization, and separation.
- Process employee movements such as Promotion, Lateral Transfer, and Reassignments.
- Audit, monitor, and implement employee performance reviews that may be used for regularization, promotion, separation, and incentive planning.
- Process employee information update requests in Zendesk.
- Assist employees with matters regarding their personnel record updates.
- Process Employee Verification requests.
- Other tasks and projects that may be assigned involve employees' life cycles.
- Provide support to a variety of HR data activities across various HR functions such as benefits support and administration, performance management administration, and so on (as needed and with an opportunity to rotate across multiple HR domains).
- Audit and update Employee data information and maintain the confidentiality of personal information.
- Engage with other departments to facilitate onboarding, including coordinating onboarding presentations and preparing onboarding kits and assets.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Employee Roster and Demographics reports, or as needed.
- Prepare Completion Monitoring Reports for any HR-related activities and initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and present data to better understand information that may be used for HR decision-making.
- Other relevant reports that may be assigned.
- With work experience in HR and BPO-related fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Two (2) or more years of work experience in a fast-paced and professional work environment. Preferably with prior experience in sourcing, staffing administration, recruitment documentation, processes, and reports.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with outstanding organizational skills, while maintaining flexibility and efficiency in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- With strong customer relations skills and experience working in a large team environment, with a high sense of urgency.
- Proven organizational skills with solid attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Must be willing to work any shift, extended hours, and work days if needed, as deemed necessary by the business.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in human resources management or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources (specifically onboarding and data management).
- Excellent understanding of onboarding processes (prior experience in a BPO setting will be advantageous).
- Organized, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Good time-management skills.
