We are seeking a strategic and technically fluent AI Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and launch of AI-powered solutions. This role requires product management expertise and a strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies.

You will align AI initiatives with business goals, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure products deliver measurable value. Responsibilities include translating complex AI concepts into insights, overseeing the full product lifecycle, and ensuring ethical practices around bias, fairness, and data privacy.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategy & Vision: Define the roadmap and long-term strategy for AI-driven products aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to translate needs into AI requirements.
  • AI Fluency: Guide teams on training, testing, deployment, and monitoring of AI models to ensure performance.
  • Product Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products, from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Communication: Simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ethical Oversight: Develop responsibly with attention to bias, fairness, and privacy.
  • Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs to evaluate impact post-launch.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Product Management, or MBA
  • Proven experience in product management, especially with AI, data science, or emerging tech.
  • Strong data literacy to interpret model performance, metrics, and feedback.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, including training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of tools/platforms like TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker, Azure AI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Background in computer science, engineering, business, or related fields (MBA a plus).
  • Awareness of ethical AI practices, including bias reduction, transparency, and privacy.
