Scope of the Role

We are seeking a TikTok Growth & Shop Specialist to spearhead our TikTok Shop strategy, driving influencer partnerships, sales growth (GMV), and content engagement . This role sits at the intersection of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and paid growth , with the goal of building Fungiments into a top TikTok sales and content brand .

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Growth & TikTok Shop Optimization

  • Strategize and implement TikTok Shop campaigns that drive measurable GMV.
  • Optimize product listings, offers, and promotions to maximize conversions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and TikTok Shop trends to maintain growth edge.
  • Scale sales through TikTok Ads Manager campaigns, boosting creator content and Shop visibility.

2. Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with the brand.
  • Negotiate commission structures and performance-driven partnerships.
  • Launch and manage creator-led campaigns (live shopping, UGC, affiliate).
  • Amplify creator content with paid ads , integrating influencer and media buying for maximum ROI.

3. Growth Marketing & Brand Building

  • Build Fungiments into a TikTok-native brand, growing sales, followers, and engagement .
  • Test new TikTok features (flash sales, vouchers, live shopping) to accelerate traction.
  • Develop viral campaign concepts in collaboration with creators and the internal team.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key KPIs (GMV, ROAS, influencer ROI, engagement).
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports with growth insights and recommendations.
  • Continuously refine strategy based on performance data.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in TikTok Shop management, influencer marketing, or e-commerce growth.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales and GMV via TikTok Shop.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager for boosting creator content and running Shop campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, viral content, and creator economy.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building skills with influencers/affiliates.
  • Analytical mindset, proficient with TikTok Analytics, GA, or similar tools.
Nice to Have:
  • Shopify integration and affiliate marketing experience.
  • Existing network of TikTok influencers.
  • Knowledge of SEA markets and local TikTok commerce trends.
