Responsibilities :

  • Ensures that the company policies and procedures are adhered to by the team
  • Manages a team of diverse individuals by monitoring their performance and providing feedback/coaching
  • Conducts regular assessment of the team’s KPI’s and addresses areas of improvement
  • Resolves problems/conflicts in day-to-day activities
  • Maintains productive workflow by developing and improving work processes
  • Participates in strategic business planning, analysis, and implementation toward team goals
  • Translates business operations, analysis, and trends into meaningful reports and presentations

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Attention to detail with above-average communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel for reports (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Leadership experience as Team Lead/Supervisor, preferably in Financial Services or BPO
  • Experience in employee discipline, performance management, motivation, coaching
  • Minimum 3 years as Team Leader/Supervisor
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, and weekends
  • Willing to work in Ortigas Center

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and solve customer software issues related to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) and components
  • Document issues and resolutions in an online ticketing system (evodesk) per SLAs
  • Coordinate with consultants, developers, managers, and software vendors
  • Contribute to knowledge base with articles, release notes, and change documents
  • Capture support calls and track time spent

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (NAV) in helpdesk, consulting, or end-user role
  • Strong functional expertise in BC modules and business analysis
  • Excellent English communication; problem-solving skills
  • Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction; end-user training experience
  • Relevant IT qualifications; ability to work with multiple clients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows; knowledge of SQL, Jet Reports, PowerBI, Microsoft 365, payroll is a plus
  • Strong negotiation, attention to detail

Salary : Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

  • Collect all details pertaining to Clients/Police requests/investigations
  • Provide video evidence and images to clients and police to assist in recovering lost or stolen items
  • Investigate incidents at client sites and report findings to Manager/Account Holders
  • Review and prioritize incidents by urgency and value
  • Keep Clients/Account Holders informed of status
  • File and update incident logs

Internal/External Operations Management

  • Collaborate with Stealth’s departments to resolve hardware/software issues at client sites
  • Ensure work meets company standards in a timely manner
  • Stay updated with in-house and 3rd party software to process investigations
  • Provide proactive feedback to Management/Account Holders
  • Develop policies and procedures to support service levels
  • Ensure actions comply with Company policies and regulations

Job Requirements

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; project management
