Job Description

Project Development Supervisor role overseeing brand implementation, project development, and cross-functional coordination within a restaurant/F&B or real estate context. Responsibilities span from program development, SOP creation, inventory and documentation management, and liaison with government agencies to ensure compliance and timely delivery of projects. The role requires strategic leadership, cross-department collaboration, and oversight of multiple project lifecycles to achieve financial and brand objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Review, develop, and implement department procedures, programs, and policies.
  • Create, communicate, deliver, and evaluate product offerings with value to the target market.
  • Coordinate across departments (marketing, design, project management, finance, sales) to align with business goals.
  • Oversee inventory management and project documentation, including permits, licenses, titling, and title transfers.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate all department activities.
  • Formulate, monitor, and analyze new product offerings; determine prices, payment terms, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analyses; assess project performance against plans.
  • Monitor project documentation and titling status; ensure clearances, permits, licenses, and titles are secured on schedule.
  • Negotiate with government agencies and stay compliant with policies and guidelines.
  • Review department processes and performance; manage department resources (manpower, processes, vehicles, equipment).
  • Attend to additional tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or related field. MBA is an edge.
  • Experience: 3+ years in Project Development; experience in Marketing, Market Research, Finance, Permits and Titling preferred.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills; excellent written and oral communication; detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; willing to travel and possess driving skills.
