Billing Assistant (1-year Project-Based) Carry out external billing activities for Hong Kong Head Office with supporting documents and in compliance with contractual billing terms. Collaborate and follow up with different finance team members and business stakeholders for invoice preparation. Daily data entry work for up-to-date project status. Maintain a good filing of billing documents, filing and other administrative duties, and ad-hoc tasks. Experience in Oracle or SAP is preferred but not a must. Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel). Must be able to communicate well in English. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
