Branch Sales Officer The Role As a Branch Sales Officer, you will ensure the achievement of business deliverables through the tactical rollout of sales strategies and activities. You will address banking requirements of those in the targeted market segment by matching client needs with our innovative products and services. How you'll contribute Maintains a proactive business stance relative to industry competition and market conditions, addressing threats and maximizing strengths and opportunities. Builds stickier relationships with existing customers through regular visits and review of their financial condition to maximize and expand business prospects. Establishes strong synergy with partner units/groups through active collaboration resulting in successful cross‑sells. Employs accurate profiling of prospects through objective assessment of their financial status and capabilities to properly address clients’ needs and maximize their potential. Solicits new to bank customers by presenting the bank’s products and services as solutions to clients’ needs, thereby substantially improving the customer base. Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time. What we’re looking for Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course. At least 5 years strong sales experience in any industry. Branch sales experience preferred but not required. Experience in field work, new client acquisition, and client management. Mobile and willing to be assigned to any branches within the region if needed. Resilient with a go‑getter attitude.
