Accounts Receivable Associate, CloudKitchens – Makati City Who We Are CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery. We’re changing the game for restaurateurs whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains. What You Will Do Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve inquiries within defined service level agreements (SLAs) Manage daily operations and ensure KPIs and compliance standards are consistently met Fulfill basic reporting needs by accurately extracting and organizing data from internal sources Act as a go‑to contact for questions related to internal programs and policies; escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation for processes, policies, and internal FAQs Partner with teams to optimize workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement Take ownership of additional ad‑hoc projects as assigned What We Are Looking For 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a support, operations, or shared services function Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in a high‑growth international tech environment is a strong advantage Familiarity with data tools like Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic reporting functions, etc.) Track record of managing documentation and providing internal support with a customer‑focused mindset What Else You Need To Know This role is based in our Makati office location.
