Together, we’re redefining what it means to perform at your peak — naturally, effectively, and transparently.Now, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing remote team and help oversee financial operations across all three brands. What You’ll Do Daily Tasks Manage daily accounting and administrative operations. Oversee the finance inbox and respond to internal and external queries. Complete bank reconciliations in collaboration with the Assistant Accountant. Review and approve supplier invoices, purchase orders, and bills. Weekly Tasks Process payroll and file Single Touch Payroll (STP) submissions. Collate and allocate staff timesheets. Review debtors and creditors reports. Prepare and monitor weekly cash flow forecasts. Monthly Tasks Prepare full management reports including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and cost analyses. Conduct monthly project and Work-In-Progress (WIP) reviews for each brand. Reconcile payroll, superannuation, and statutory obligations. Review retentions, bank guarantees, and financial risk areas. Forecast cash flow and manage BAS and payroll tax lodgements. Liaise with directors and external accountants for monthly reporting. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within FMCG, e-commerce, or manufacturing/ Product based business. Strong understanding of Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow management. Excellent knowledge of BAS, GST, PAYG, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and FBT . Proficient in Xero and Excel/Google Sheets (experience with Cin7/Dear Systems and Shopify is highly regarded). Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines across multiple entities.
