This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, pays close attention to detail, and can bring engaging social media campaigns to life through visuals and motion content. SALARY: ₱18,000–₱22,000 per month YOUR ROLE WITH INO LLC As a Graphic & Video Editor, you will: - Optimize video content for various social media platforms. - Edit videos, produce graphics, and collaborate with the social media team to create high-quality, engaging content. - Research, conceptualize, pitch, and create original social video content that aligns with brand goals. - Produce and edit innovative video campaigns aimed at increasing engagement across platforms. - Handle critical deadlines and quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree (Open to fresh graduates). - 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Editor/Producer, or a portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills. - Portfolio is required, showcasing previous work in graphic design, video editing, and motion content. - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas, After Effects, Photoshop, CapCut, and Canva. - Knowledgeable of the ever-changing social media landscape and internet video trends. - Excellent graphic design skills, including Adobe Photoshop mastery (a plus). - Familiar with desktop publishing tools and graphic design software. - Strong layout and marketing campaign understanding. WORK SCHEDULE & SETUP - Hybrid work setup (onsite every alternate week or as needed, otherwise work from home) - 5 working days per week with 2 rest days - 8 working hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break - Schedule may vary depending on business needs - Must have own laptop and a reliable internet connection
