Property Management Specialist

2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Responsible for overseeing the operational and financial aspects of leased and owned properties. This role includes managing lease agreements, coordinating property maintenance, liaising with in-house engineering teams for property-related projects, reviewing budget requests and reimbursements, handling revolving funds, implementing property enhancements, preparing reports, and ensuring timely collection of lease payments and other related receivables. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Lease Management Administer lease agreements, including renewals, terminations, and compliance monitoring. Coordinate with tenants and legal teams to ensure contract accuracy and adherence. Maintain an updated database of lease terms, schedules, and obligations. Property Maintenance Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of properties. Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues and service requests. Monitor vendor performance and service quality. Project Coordination Liaise with in-house Engineering and other departments for property improvement projects. Assist in planning, budgeting, and execution of property-related initiatives. Track project progress and ensure timely completion. Review and audit budget requests and reimbursement submissions related to property operations. Manage the property’s revolving fund, ensuring proper documentation and accountability. Monitor expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Property Enhancements Identify opportunities for property upgrades and improvements. Coordinate implementation of enhancements in line with strategic goals and tenant needs. Evaluate cost-effectiveness and impact of enhancement projects. Reporting Prepare regular reports on property status, financial performance, maintenance activities, and project updates. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and operational trends. Ensure timely submission of reports to management and relevant stakeholders. Collections Management Monitor and ensure timely collection of lease payments and other property-related receivables. Coordinate with Finance and tenants to resolve payment issues. Maintain accurate records of collections and outstanding balances. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in property and/or facilities management. Strong understanding of lease administration, budgeting, and maintenance operations. Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Amenable to work onsite. IMPT.
