
Medical Representative

To achieve territory sales objectives and growth targets through effective and timely execution of promotional programs and tactical plans.
Responsibilities- Achieve monthly and YTD peso sales targets of the assigned territory.
- Meet the required number of quality calls on the set and agreed frequency per customer class.
- Attain and maintain effective selling skills and strong product knowledge based on agreed standards.
- Maintain professionally balanced relationships with all customers (Doctors and Allied Medical Personnel) and co-employees within his/her territory.
- Organize workload and carry out necessary and required administrative duties.
- Observe proper conduct and decorum that benefits his/her position in accordance with Company Work Rules and Policies.
- Develop new and maintain existing territory business accounts.
- Prepare and submit required reports on time.
- Maintain and secure all company assets that may be provided and use them according to prevailing rules and regulations.
- Practices defensive driving and report all accidents involving company vehicles to the proper authorities and the company as soon as possible and in accordance with company guidelines.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
- Education: BS degree holder preferably in Marketing Management or any business-related course
- Experience: Must have at least one-year exposure in sales and promotion
- Occasional exposure to some unpleasant conditions in the field
- Long hours of waiting
- Long driving, especially in provincial assignments
- Personable, with good interpersonal skills
- Ethical, and observes the highest moral standards
- Good sales attitude and excellent communication skills
- Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to work as a member of a dynamic team
- Patient/Customer service oriented
- Willing to travel be assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
- Must be computer literate.
