Qualifications:
- College Degree
- At least 2-3 years of work experience as Quality Supervisor developing and implementing quality assurance programs
- Must have experience in scrubbing and deep dive analysis for CSAT/DSAT
- CSAT/NPS Management experience
- Knowledge/Exposure as a Training
- Blended account experience
- Must have experience in Sales Account
- Target Start Date: ASAP
