  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintain strong pipelines for volume and niche roles across operations and support functions
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs
  • Use data and analytics to monitor hiring performance and recommend improvements
  • Enhance employer branding efforts through social media, career fairs, and other initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and data privacy standards
  • Build partnerships with schools, job boards, agencies, and internal referral programs
  • Conduct recruitment training and ensure consistency in candidate experience
  • Prepare and present recruitment dashboards and reports to senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong background in high-volume hiring, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance practices
