Utilizing your skills and passion for customer service to help propel your team and its business partners to success. Role & Responsibilities Consistently deliver extraordinary service on a high volume of inbound calls in a fast‑paced, structured, customer‑first environment. Consult with Card Members to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and reinforce membership benefits. Recommend products or benefits that deepen the customer’s engagement and loyalty. Develop key selling skills to deepen the relationship and increase loyalty to the brand. Address general and account‑specific inquiries (statement, replacement, payments, rewards, etc.) and update account information. Use tools to identify solutions and anticipate customer needs, aiming for first‑point of‑contact resolution. Meet and exceed performance goals including sales rates, quality, compliance, and productivity targets. Preferred Skills Passion for building loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and problem‑solving. Experience in customer service and consultative sales environments. Resilience to manage a steady stream of calls while maintaining performance and positivity. Ability to adapt communication style to varied personalities and take ownership of each call. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. At least 1 year of BPO experience, predominantly inbound calls. At least 1 year of CSAT/VOC/NPS experience. Recent unemployment no longer than 1 year. Full‑time, hybrid availability (onsite and remote). Minimum 25 Mbps internet and a private quiet workspace at home.
