About the role

Joining our dynamic team at Polystar General Services Inc., the Customer Care Assistant role is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering exceptional customer service and providing solutions to their inquiries and concerns.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to incoming customer calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Effectively handling customer complaints and concerns, and working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information about our products and services, and guiding customers through any queries or requests
  • Documenting customer interactions and following up on any action items
  • Liaising with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex customer issues
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and standards

What we're looking for

  • Male
  • With more than 6 months of experience.
  • Experience with Customer Service or Concierge.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • A positive and resilient attitude, with the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s) is essential
