An esteemed financial institution in Makati is seeking a Vice President of Legal Services to support clients\' estate planning and fiduciary needs. This role focuses on crafting legal structures and documentation to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to draft, review, and refine legal documents underpinning structured accounts.
• Develop and document comprehensive structures for estate planning services, including personal management trust engagements and other fiduciary offerings.
• Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, agreements, and instruments related to structured accounts.
• Monitor regulatory changes and client circumstances to ensure structures remain compliant and up-to-date.
• Provide clear legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders while upholding high ethical standards.
• Maintain up-to-date account structures by monitoring laws and client changes, and proactively recommending adjustments.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to estate planning and fiduciary services, sharing insights with colleagues.
• Identify risks or issues within existing structures and propose effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Licensed to practice law in the Philippines, in good standing with the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• Minimum 5–7 years of legal experience, preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience in estate planning, fiduciary services, and CLM systems is preferred.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills; ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Location: Makati, Philippines. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM (Philippine Standard Time). On-site: Makati.
