Job Description Perform analytics on financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness. Support audited financial statement processes through analytical reviews. Maintain and update financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare management and consolidated reporting packages. Assist with legal and management consolidation, including exchange rate adjustments. Monitor daily and monthly financial performance metrics. Contribute to quarterly and annual filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Design and organize consolidated trial balances for external audits. Provide data-driven insights and support to leadership. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in financial accounting or analysis. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and manipulate large datasets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. CPA certification or MBA is a plus. Experience in specialized industry accounting (e.g., healthcare) is a plus.
