Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases. Collaborate with development, product management, and other cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts. Potentially work on the continuous integration framework for the automation suite. Build automation frameworks and scripts for end‑to‑end testing, mostly UI testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and work with the development team to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing for platforms with workflows and experience in developing and implementing automated tests, preferably using Robot Framework or Playwright. What you offer Strong knowledge on Salesforce Sales Cloud or systems with workflows. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to plan and prioritize objectives and deliverables. Strong communication skills with the ability to drive communication across teams and global locations. Ability to navigate vague specifications and requirements and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to clarify expectations.
