Job Summary We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support our facilities management operations in ensuring smooth, timely, and quality service delivery to our clients. Key Responsibilities Coordinate with clients, technicians, vendors, and contractors to fulfill work orders Monitor open/closed tickets and ensure proper documentation Maintain accurate files on proposals, work orders, and vendor paperwork Assist with inspections, reports, training, and process compliance Support in invoice processing and cost center tracking Use PC or PDA for reports, system updates, and ESS Qualifications At least High School Graduate (preferably with relevant training or 2+ years related experience) Strong communication, coordination, and organization skills Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, etc.) Able to lift heavy loads and work in an active, site-based environment Location: The Link / Filinvest 2, Cebu 2 Quad, Cebu Employment Type: Full-time CBRE is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
