About This Role We are looking for an Application Analyst – HR Solutions Support to join our Colleague Solutions team. In this role, you will provide expert end‑user support and technical governance across HR systems (primarily Workday), resolve complex issues, manage system transitions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement in HR solutions. Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents and service requests across HR systems, including Workday (HCM, integrations, reporting, etc.), PageUp, and VNDLY. Develop and enforce best‑practice technical governance for the HR application suite. Partner with the HR Solutions Delivery team to transition new configuration, releases, and continuous improvements into live operation. Proactively engage with stakeholders across the organization to instill confidence in the HR Solutions area. Ideal Candidate Profile An ideal candidate has the following qualities: Essential Qualifications In‑depth knowledge of HR applications and broad HCM systems experience (Workday core). Direct, hands‑on experience in one or more Workday modules (e.g., HCM, integrations, reporting). Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service‑management best practices. Ability to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems using technical expertise. Proven ability to deliver excellent end‑user support and meet SLAs. Professional qualification or equivalent by experience, or degree qualified with significant experience. Strong communication and influencing skills to advise senior staff and stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications Experience with troubleshooting Workday integration failures and data discrepancies. Working knowledge of other HR applications like PageUp (Recruitment, Onboarding) or VNDLY (Vendor Management System).
