Finance Business Partner, Global Video Product Location: San Jose Team: Corporate Functions Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A72218 Responsibilities Team IntroductionFinance BP and Business FP&A is a sub‑department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Data Analysis: Organize, model, visualize, and generate insights from key financial and business data. Collaborate with financial business partners (BPs) across various teams to deliver financial analysis conclusions. Business‑Finance Model Development: Combine business logic and financial expertise to assist in building and maintaining analytical models for key business areas. Continuously optimize data analysis tools and processes. Business Target Tracking and Analysis: Assist in the formulation of targets and monitoring the achievement of core metrics such as GMV and revenue for non‑central life services businesses. Content Investment Strategy Analysis: Participate in ROI analysis for content/operations investment projects. Assist in developing reasonable resource allocation plans, supporting both pre‑investment evaluation and post‑investment review. Other tasks related to financial business partnering. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications More than 3 years of work experience in financial professional services, with experience in financial BP, financial analysis, financial strategy and other functions. Strong sense of responsibility and business insight; a self‑motivator to grow and adapt to a diversified environment. Skillful in framework thinking, capable of independently collecting data and analyzing information to gain insights into key issues, and develop and implement solutions. Excellent in data analysis and problem solving; good at translating complex financial data into easy‑to‑understand insights and recommendations. Great communication and coordination skills across functions. Preferred Qualifications Overseas business or project management experience as a plus. Job Information The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $96,000 - $215,967 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
