Senior IT Operations Engineer

Role title: Senior IT Operations Engineer. ECLARO is an award‑winning professional services firm with clients in the U.S., Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia and the Philippines, focused on providing the Right People to meet client needs through staffing, outsourcing and offshoring.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications: Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS.
  • Troubleshoot using IT ecosystem tools; perform after-hours incident resolution as part of nightly cycle support.
  • Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows or batch processes; identify root causes and participate in Root Cause Analysis meetings.
  • Manage full project lifecycle from design through development, testing, and implementation.
  • Understand network security, application security, and fileshare permissions; facilitate issue resolution with business, IT staff, or vendors.
  • Gather system requirements and support testing; contribute to project plans and timelines.
  • Adhere to configuration and change management policies to ensure change awareness, approval, and success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years
  • Competencies: Self-motivated; analytical thinking; problem solving; leadership; teamwork; excellent communication skills
