Overview The Product Operations Analyst will research tasks in a proprietary platform to put healthcare administration on autopilot. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and prepared to work on a variety of projects. Responsibilities Performing and supporting automated data entry into various EMRs as part of R&D efforts. Complete workflow tasks utilizing scripts, information available in the Clients Workflow Queue, Customer EHRs and portals, knowledge base articles, knowledge artifacts or assistance from the Production Operations team. Review and update knowledge base articles to verify accuracy. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience working within electronic medical record systems. Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Cerner, Epic, eCW, Allscripts and/or Athena is valued. Other Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Comfortable working remotely in a HIPAA compliant environment.
