What is this role about?

This role will assist in ensuring the proper administration of operational activities, especially in the Lubes bay of the handled LubeServ service workshop. The Service Advisor will also be responsible for providing an outstanding service experience by making meaningful connections with new and returning customers.

What will YOU do?

  • Conduct vehicle preventive maintenance services in full compliance with LubeServ customer handling procedures, including general troubleshooting.
  • Drive sales and profitability of the handled LubeServ site through recommended automotive services and upselling all applicable LubeServ Express Lube service packages.
  • Inform customers of repairs needed, including cost estimates and repair completion timelines.
  • Monitor ongoing vehicle repairs and provide status updates to customers as needed.
  • Perform various tasks to deliver the highest customer satisfaction, which may include performing LubeServ Technician duties, light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels.

What will YOU need?

  • Physically fit to work in service areas/stations.
  • At least 1 year of relevant employment experience.
  • Willing to be assigned in Telabastagan, San Fernando, Pampanga.
