Sales Development Mgr - Hang Seng Bank (HK) Join Hang Seng Bank, a leading financial institution in Hong Kong. We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Sales Development Manager . Principal Responsibilities Collaborate with the Head of Wealth Marketing & Proposition to define and implement wealth marketing strategies for IWS that resonate with target audiences. Lead the design and enhancement of customer‑centric propositions by leveraging data analytics, market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs and preferences. Oversee the planning, execution and assessment of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and adherence to budget constraints. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors) to ensure cohesive marketing execution. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements. Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations, Group compliance policy and internal controls, maintaining the highest standards of ethical marketing practices. Requirements University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Marketing or related disciplines. Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry. Less experience candidates may be considered as Assistant Investment Services Manager. Passes in HKSI licensing examinations preferred. Experience in managing Investment products and distributing through multi‑channels. Strong self‑motivation, detail‑minded and ability to work independently. Good project management skill. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good in both written English and Chinese, proficiency in Excel application an advantage. Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes.
