Overview Role description: Support project delivery by assisting team leads, managing drawing set‑up, production, and submission, and ensuring standards are met. The role also involves guiding the team in CAD/Civil3D use, exploring emerging technologies, and driving process improvements and data integration to enhance project outcomes. Responsibilities Project Coordination: Report to BIM Team Leads, provide regular project updates, and ensure drawing processes align with Arcadis standards. Drawing Management: Oversee drawing set‑up, production, and submission, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements. Collaboration: Coordinate drawing documentation and models with engineers and other design disciplines, resolving clashes and design issues promptly. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of Civil3D models and drawings, ensuring all outputs meet Arcadis quality and safety standards before submission. Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior BIM Technicians, delegate tasks, and support their professional development. Process Improvement: Support engineers with CAD/Civil3D standards, manage workflow efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes. Qualifications & Experience Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or equivalent, with experience in design consulting firms. Technical Skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience using AutoCAD or Civil3D (Dynamo knowledge an advantage); proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Industry Experience: Background in project design delivery; overseas or outsourcing project experience is a plus. Professional Competencies: Strong communication skills (oral and written), with a systematic and methodological approach to work.
