Support supply planning by tracking inventories, anticipating demand, and collaborating across teams to ensure optimal supply and maximize sales.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working directly under the Supply Planning Manager to track inventories, anticipate demand, and collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Commissary groups to ensure continuous supply across distribution channels at optimal cost.
  • Championing the end-to-end planning process in close coordination with various functions for Demand Forecasting, Supply Inventory Planning, Sourcing, and Production.
  • Analyzing data and processes, finding solutions, and effectively communicating with all stakeholders.
  • Reviewing historical and current inventory movements to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Analyzing inventory turnover rates and identifying slow-moving or obsolete items for appropriate action.
  • Using insights from historical data to optimize stocking levels, reduce carrying costs, and develop strategies.
  • Regularly reviewing inventory levels and reorder points, taking proactive measures to prevent stockouts or excess stock situations.
  • Implementing data-driven adjustments based on demand fluctuations and market trends.
  • Leading the Supply Team on day-to-day operations and monitoring supply levels to address operational issues affecting supply.
  • Leading the operations team in creating distribution plans to ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.
  • Continuously assessing and refining supply planning processes for increased efficiency and implementing best practices to streamline workflow and reduce lead time in the supply chain.
  • Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning or a similar role; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant planning tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
