Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :

Owning the balance between supply and demand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products reach customers efficiently and reliably. As a Supply Planning Specialist based in the Philippines, you'll manage inventory, streamline processes, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep our supply chain agile and cost-effective. This position allows you to directly impact customer satisfaction by reducing disruptions and driving continuous improvement throughout the supply network

Responsibilities :

• Manage stock availability to meet customer requirements while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate replenishment with source plants, ensuring timely production and delivery of products.
• Lead new product planning efforts, collaborating with sourcing countries and cross-functional teams to support launches and relaunches.
• Act as the central communication hub for aligning departments on the supply plan.
• Anticipate and respond to supply chain disruptions, proactively mitigating risks.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for greater supply chain efficiency and cost reduction

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in any Engineering course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning and/or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and numeracy skills

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong analytical and technical skills, including the use of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Demonstrated strategic and business acumen with an understanding of full supply chain operations.
• Effective collaboration skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Self-starter mindset, with planning, prioritization, and adaptability to changing environments.
• Customer-oriented, with a focus on end-to-end thinking and proactive problem-solving
